As a part of the Noein team, you will be asked to think critically and evaluate project goals to determine the best path to reaching those goals. We collaborate often with each other and believe in a team environment with a team focus. This requires that you remain inclusive and foster respect for all individuals and points of view. You will also work independently on some projects and will be held accountable for your progress and output. Noein is quality-driven and we stand by the products (websites) we deliver.
Our clients are very diverse and we have adapted our business development skills to work with any client imaginable. You may be asked to assess client's requests and work with them to understand complicated technical items. Communication skills and being well versed in IT solutions are essential to the position. Clients call often and it is expected that you communicate to the client any progress, hold-ups, or questions about their site.
Noein's work environment is conducive to learning and completing projects as well as having our team interact in an enjoyable and relaxed way. Our "corporate culture" allows us to remain hip and cutting-edge in the IT world. We are flexible with work hours, there is no real dress code, and we believe in enjoying yourself at work. Occasionally, our team meets outside of business hours to do things like attend concerts, have fun at LaserTron, and participate in local Buffalo events.
